Liaison Associate

As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to MHADA liaison, slum project administration, BMC coordination, property documentation, and specialized NOCs & permissions. In terms of MHADA liaison, you will handle tasks associated with MHADA approvals, which include Sections 33(7), 33(20)b, 33(12), 33(5), and 33(11). This involves ensuring compliance with MHADA regulations and securing necessary approvals efficiently. For slum project administration, you will be tasked with managing SRA documentation and approvals for slum redevelopment projects. Your role will involve overseeing the documentation process and obtaining the required approvals to facilitate the successful execution of these projects. In BMC coordination, you will play a crucial role in facilitating processes with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. This includes managing tasks related to IOD, CC, OC, and Road Demarcation to ensure compliance with BMC regulations and standards. Property documentation will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities, where you will oversee tasks related to PR Card and Property Title management, particularly for the Old Custom House. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will be essential in maintaining accurate property documentation. Moreover, you will be responsible for obtaining and managing specialized NOCs for projects, such as MMRDA NOC, Defence NOC, and Railway NOC. Additionally, you will coordinate approvals from regulatory bodies like the High Rise Committee, MOEF, CRZ, and other necessary entities to ensure project compliance and success. Overall, your role will require meticulous attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements to effectively navigate the various aspects of MHADA liaison, slum project administration, BMC coordination, property documentation, and specialized NOCs & permissions.,
