Verify Compliance: Ensure that the loans comply with investor guidelines. Analyze Credit Risk: Assess borrower creditworthiness by analyzing credit scores, and other factors. Assess Property Valuation: Review property appraisals and ensure that property values are in line with market conditions and the loan’s risk profile. Spot Potential Red Flags: Identify any discrepancies, missing information, or potential fraud indicators within the loan files. Prepare Reports: Generate reports on findings, such as compliance issues, missing documents, or any risks that might affect the loan's performance.
