About Us LetSecure Insurance Brokers is a growing startup in the insurance space — fast-paced, people-focused, and with big ambitions. We don’t believe in just following processes; we believe in building them. Now we need someone who can own HR, admin, vendor-management, and everything in between — someone who makes things work, every day. What you’ll do (end-to-end): Manage the full HR life cycle: hiring (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding), performance reviews, exits, etc. Maintain HR policies, compliance, employee handbook, and documentation. Be the go-to person for employee relations, engagement, culture building, internal communications. Handle all admin operations: office upkeep, facilities, supplies, travel, etc. Vendor management: sourcing, negotiating, contracting, managing relationships. Payroll coordination & benefits administration. Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS (or spreadsheets etc.), generate HR reports. Assist the Director HR in strategy, planning & implementing HR initiatives that help scale the team. Be the pulse of the organization — making sure things run smoothly, employees are happy and operations are streamlined. Who you are: You are hands-on, agile, fast learner; no task is too small. Strong communicator — written + verbal. You can talk to everyone: new joiners, vendors, senior leadership. Organized, detail-oriented, but also always keeping the bigger picture in view. Problem solver: you see gaps, and you drive solutions (not waiting to be told). Comfortable wearing multiple hats; you can shift between HR, admin, vendor work without losing momentum. Prior experience: minimum X years in HR + operations / admin in a startup or fast-moving company. Good understanding of employment laws, HR best practices in India. Tech-friendly: you can work with HR tools, spreadsheets, communications tools etc. Bonus if you have: Experience with vendor contracts & negotiations. Prior exposure to insurance / financial services or regulated industries. Experience scaling teams from ~20 → 100+ people. Passion for building culture from scratch.
