I purchased my frames some time ago, and while the salesperson was quite courteous during the sale, my experience quickly soured. Within days, the frame started losing its coating. When I brought up my complaint, the salesperson was neither supportive nor courteous. This has been my worst experience with a Lenskart outlet by far.
