As a regular customer of Lenskart in various other outlets, tried out this one. The sale staff wasn't bothered to attend to us when we entered the shop. Despite waiting for a few minutes, the lady couldn't bother to end her phone call. Absolutely horrible first impression of the outlet's customer service.
