The position at Altisource is seeking a Mortgage Processing Analyst with a strong passion for the mortgage industry. As a part of the People Solutions organization, you will work under the guidance of the Manager, Employee Experience to drive talent initiatives that directly impact business performance and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage client relations within the Altisource umbrella, maintaining a deep understanding of US Mortgage Originations closing procedures and federal and state lending laws. - Verify and ensure all necessary documentation is present in files to prepare closing documents accurately. - Interpret and apply state rules, statute laws, federal regulations, and investor guidelines to individual loans. - Conduct audits on closed loan disclosures and signed loan documents for accuracy. - Collaborate effectively with US-based Underwriters, Clients, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure high-quality output.
