This role involves designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for associates handling US mortgage processes. The ideal candidate will have strong process knowledge, hands-on mortgage experience, and excellent training and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver classroom and virtual training programs for new hires and existing employees on US mortgage processes (Origination, Processing, Underwriting Support, Closing, Post-Closing, Servicing, or Title). • Develop training materials, including manuals, SOPs, presentations, quizzes, and e-learning content. • Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions to address process updates, regulatory changes, or quality gaps. • Collaborate with SMEs, Team Leads, and Managers to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with client standards. Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Education or Arts . • 4–7 years of experience in US Mortgage BPO/KPO operations. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role or process knowledge sharing in mortgage operations. • Hands-on experience in one or more US mortgage processes: Origination, Processing, Underwriting Support, Closing, Post-Closing, Servicing, or Title. • Strong knowledge of US mortgage lifecycle, compliance guidelines (CFPB, RESPA, TILA), and investor standards (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac). • Proficiency in MS Office, training tools, LMS platforms, and virtual training delivery tools. • Ability to analyze performance metrics to identify skill gaps and training needs. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. • Coaching mindset with patience and attention to detail. • Ability to work under US shift hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
