We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for young legal professionals to gain extensive experience, work on diverse cases, and develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities : Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and court proceedings. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis. Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Represent clients in court under the supervision of senior attorneys. Manage client interactions and provide legal advice. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal precedents. Participate in client meetings and negotiations. Perform administrative tasks related to case management. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution. Bar Council registration. 1-2 years of experience in legal practice (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered). Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research databases and MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
