Legal Officer - LLB Graduation

Key Responsibilities: 1. Legal Advisory & Compliance: o Provide legal advice on corporate matters, business operations, and regulatory compliance. o Ensure the company adheres to local, national, and international laws. o Monitor changes in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting the organization. 2. Contracts & Agreements: o Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. o Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements. o Maintain a repository of legal documents and agreements. 3. Litigation & Dispute Resolution: o Assist in handling legal disputes and litigation cases. o Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary. o Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations. 4. Corporate Governance & Risk Management: o Support the board and senior management in corporate governance matters. o Identify potential legal risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. o Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions. 5. Intellectual Property & Regulatory Compliance: o Protect the company’s intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, copyrights). o Ensure compliance with data protection laws and other regulatory requirements. 6. Employment & Labor Law Compliance: o Advise on labor laws and employee-related legal matters. o Handle employment contracts, policies, and disputes. 7. General Legal Support: o Conduct legal research and provide updates on legal developments. o Train staff on legal and compliance matters. o Handle other legal tasks assigned by the management.
