Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, vet, and finalize Letters of Intent (LOIs), franchise agreements, sales deeds, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
• Proofread legal documents and communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Franchise teams to ensure contract terms align with business requirements.
• Review and update legal templates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain secure, accurate, and organized records of executed contracts and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on specialized legal matters and complex cases.
• Identify potential legal risks and advise internal teams on contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Ensure timely completion of legal documentation and follow-ups.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory; LL.M. will be an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in legal drafting, contract management, and documentation.
• Experience in the café, F&B, retail, or franchise industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract law, business laws, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in legal terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
