Location: Lansum & MK Realty Hi-Rise Project in Puppalguda, Financial District Role Summary The Legal Documentation & Liaisoning Executive will be responsible for managing all legal documentation processes and liaising with various government authorities to obtain necessary approvals for real estate projects. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, facilitating smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Legal Documentation: Draft and review legal documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and other property-related contracts. Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and company policies. Maintain organized records of all legal documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval. Liaisoning Activities: Coordinate with government bodies such as RERA, municipal corporations, and other regulatory authorities to obtain necessary project approvals. Prepare and submit applications for approvals like building permits, environmental clearances, and occupancy certificates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
