Location: Lansum & MK Realty Hi-Rise Project ENCANTO in Puppalguda, Financial District Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Managing Director Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management function at the company. This role focuses on managing customers, enhancing customer engagement, and improving collection rates through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate CRM platforms, understands customer behavior, and can implement automation to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities: CRM Strategy & Implementation Develop and execute CRM strategies to manage and nurture existing and past projects’ customers. Optimize the CRM system to track payments. Ensure the CRM aligns with business goals and integrates with marketing, sales, and customer service functions. Customer Engagement & Retention · Implement automated workflows to streamline communication with customers. Work closely with sales and civil teams to ensure timely follow-ups for raising demand notes & passing on construction updates. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty for referral sales. Data & Analytics · Ensure the team validates applications thoroughly and inputs the data into CRM software. · Maintain a healthy ratio of collections vs total outstanding amount. · Coordinate with banks & NBFCs for the loans sanctioned and ensure timely disbursement as per work progress. · Periodic review of overdue amounts of more than 30+ & and 60+ days & and ensure it is collected on an immediate basis. Generate reports on receivables effectiveness. Ensure CRM data integrity and compliance with real estate regulations and company data protection laws. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficiency in real estate CRM platforms. Strong understanding of real estate CRM processes. Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analytics, and campaign optimization.
