Legal associate or company lawyer

Position: Legal Associate / Company Lawyer
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
CTC: ₹2 – 3 LPA (based on experience)
Company: A & AB Associates

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Handling corporate legal matters including compliance, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with external legal counsel for litigation or dispute resolution matters
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and government regulations
• Advising management on legal risks and business strategies
• Supporting company secretarial functions as required (ROC filings, board resolutions, etc.)
• Staying updated on changes in laws relevant to company operations (corporate, labor, IP, tax, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); candidates with CS background are a plus
• 0–2 years of relevant legal experience (corporate or firm)
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws
• Good drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
