Role & responsibilities Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting Work closely with the Sales team to support lead qualification, discovery, and solution positioning Understand client workflows across architecture design, civil execution, site management, vendors, and contractors Map customer pain points to IntoAEC features (CRM, Project Management, Vendor Management, Inventory, Mobile App, Reports) Prepare and deliver tailored product demos for architects, engineers, builders, and construction companies Answer functional and technical queries during sales discussions and demos Customer & Domain Engagement Conduct requirement gathering sessions with architects, civil engineers, and project managers Explain product value using AEC terminology , drawings, BOQs, workflows, and site processes Support proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot implementations when required Assist customers in visualizing ROI, efficiency gains, and digital transformation benefits Sales Enablement Create demo scripts, use cases, workflows, and industry-specific pitch decks Support proposal preparation, solution documents, and responses to RFPs/RFQs Collaborate with Channel Partners (India & International) during joint sales calls Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer conversations Product Collaboration Share insights from the field to help improve product features and roadmap Validate new features from an AEC users perspective before release Support onboarding and handover to implementation/onboarding teams Preferred candidate profile 26 years of experience in AEC industry (Architecture firms, Civil contracting, Construction management, PMC, or related roles) Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Tech-enabled AEC platforms is highly preferred Exposure to SaaS, ERP, CRM, Project Management tools is an advantage
Role & responsibilities Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes (GKE) clusters for production workloads Implement and manage GitOps-based deployments using ArgoCD Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI and GitHub Actions Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Own cloud networking architecture , including VPCs, subnets, load balancers, firewalls, and VPNs Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and applications Lead initiatives to achieve and maintain SOC 2 compliance , including control implementation and evidence collection Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response mechanisms Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability Manage secrets, IAM policies, and access controls following the principle of least privilege Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows, observability, and operational excellence Create and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, CI/CD, GitOps workflows, and security controls Preferred candidate profile 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / Platform / Site Reliability Engineer Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (GKE preferred) Strong experience implementing GitOps using ArgoCD Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code Hands-on experience with CircleCI and GitHub Actions Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts (VPC, DNS, load balancing, routing, firewalls) Strong experience with cloud and container security practices Experience working on or driving SOC 2 compliance (or similar frameworks like ISO 27001) Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, GCP Cloud Monitoring, etc.) Strong Linux fundamentals and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
