Lead/Senior Business Analyst - MSD 365

We are looking for a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps to join our team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and delivered to meet strategic objectives. You will play a key role in shaping business processes, driving requirement discussions, and supporting end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and FRDs
• Map and translate business processes onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical teams to align on solution design
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release readiness activities
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across all project phases
• Maintain daily overlap with Irish working hours to ensure smooth collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

• 7-15 years of general IT experience, including 7+ years of experience in business analysis
• Background in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps
• Capability to map complex business processes onto technical solutions
• Skills in supporting UAT and release readiness activities
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
• Flexibility to maintain daily overlap with Irish working hours
