Role Overview: At Upstox, you'll play a crucial role as a Leader/Director of Data Science, where you will spearhead the data science roadmap to develop data-driven and AI-powered solutions that elevate customer experience, business insights, and decision-making capabilities. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science, preferably within a high-scale, product-centric organization. - Proven expertise in LLMs and Generative AI, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integrating LLMs into practical applications. - Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks. - Strong foundation in data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and production deployment. - Excellent grasp of NLP, deep learning architectures, and ML Ops pipelines. - Strategic thinker capable of balancing long-term vision and short-term execution. - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IISc, BITS, ISI, etc.) preferred.
