Get first-hand experience in scaling the features you build as the company grows rapidly. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop interactive XR applications with Unity3D. Collaborate with designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality XR Experiences. Implement intuitive hand-tracking and gesture-based controls for XR experiences. Optimize performance for real-time XR applications, ensuring smooth user experiences. Test and debug applications on multiple XR platforms. Create immersive and realistic XR environments. Create 3d equipment, assets, SOPs using Unity. Write high-quality, performant, and maintainable code. Experience with Unitys XR Interaction Toolkit and XR Plugin Management for cross-platform compatibility. Stay updated with the latest XR technologies and trends. Requirements and Skills: 2-3+ years of experience working with Unity3D in developing XR applications across platforms like Meta Quest, HTC Vive, or HoloLens. Proficiency in C# programming. Excellent knowledge of Unity, textures, animation, GUI styles, shaders, etc. Experience with Unitys Physics and Particle Systems. Strong understanding of 3D graphics, and VR best practices. Familiarity with cloud integration or backend systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, REST APIs) in XR environments. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for MR applications ensuring quality, and responsiveness. Ability to design user interactions and interfaces in a XR environment. Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
