Lead Technical Consultant

**Role Overview:** At Zuora, as a Lead Technical Consultant, you will work with solution architects and customers to understand their requirements and translate them into technical flows with optimal solutions. Your role will involve engaging with a cross-functional team, including large enterprise executives, to convert business needs into effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with solution architects, technical architects, product engineers, and customers to deliver on the agreed solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work directly with Zuora Product Engineers on customer use cases and feedback - Understand and implement data/object models, process flows, and architecture diagrams - Customize features and functionalities on top of Out Of The Box (OOTB) solutions - Provide expertise on Zuora products, APIs, and integration best practices to customers - Document technical solutions, checklists, and runbooks for customer sign-off - Implement best practices to turn customer requirements into technical solutions - Assist customers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments - Collaborate with support teams for post-deployment support - Opportunity to work on workflows, HTML templates, Data Migration, Zuora CPQ, Zuora 360, Salesforce - Conduct scheduled calls to address functional and technical queries from customers - Collaborate with consultants to enhance knowledge and experiences **Qualifications Required:** - At least 7 years of technical experience - Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in professional services - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business preferred - Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, Salesforce APEX, SQL, PLSQL, or similar programming languages - Experience with object-oriented frameworks - Ability to review API documentation and troubleshoot API integrations - Strong team player with excellent communication skills - Ability to manage tasks on multiple projects simultaneously **Additional Details:** At Zuora, the work environment is constantly evolving, challenging, and encourages a mindset of ownership among employees.
