Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our state-of-the-art R&D, design, and manufacturing hub across Bengaluru, Powai, Talegaon, Coimbatore.

In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and engineering heads to attract top-tier niche talent across embedded systems, hardware design, power electronics, robotics, and strategic (defense) electronics. You will act as a talent advisor, scaling our human capital to fuel our aggressive technological growth and innovation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

? Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business unit heads and HR leadership to forecast hiring needs, design workforce pipelines, and align recruitment strategies with business milestones across the 5 verticals.

? End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for roles ranging from core engineering (R&D, Hardware, Firmware, Systems Engineering) to program management, supply chain, and leadership.

? Niche & Technical Sourcing: Drive targeted sourcing strategies for specialized domains.

? Employer Branding & Talent Mapping: Build and execute local and regional employer branding initiatives in the tech ecosystem to position L&T EPS as an employer of choice in deep-tech and hardware engineering.

? Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with specialized recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and academic institutions for hiring programs.

? Process Optimization & Metrics: Monitor and analyze key TA metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, Offer-to-Acceptance ratio) to continuously improve efficiency and candidate experience.

? Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging, and professional candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding.

Required Experience

Manufacturing domains

? Domain Familiarity: Prior experience hiring for Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, Defence Electronics, or Industrial Automation is preferred.

? Network & Sourcing Expertise: Deep familiarity with engineering talent market and advanced proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and employee referral programs.

? Competencies:
