Lead Structural Designer

As a Lead Structural Designer at Hanwha Ocean, your role involves conducting structure design and drafting under the supervision of Principal/Lead Engineer or Principal Designer, focusing mainly on Topside facilities in FPSO/FLNG or Offshore facilities. Your expertise in Offshore Oil & Gas Industry and detailed knowledge of Topsides Structure Details will be instrumental in delivering exceptional project execution. Your hands-on experience in 3D modeling tools like AVEVA / E3D/ PDMS and 2D AutoCAD will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Structural Design Team to deliver structural 2D drawings & 3D modeling. - Conduct structure detailing, drafting & 3D modeling with a thorough understanding of connection details. - Develop Structure Design Database in Engineering Management Platform. - Participate in 30%, 60%, 90% model review and comment closure. - Review Vendor Documents related to structure details required for development of drawings. - Ensure As-Built Structural drawings & 3D model. - Mentor senior & junior designers. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 15 years of experience in the offshore or onshore oil and gas industry. - Minimum 7 years of experience at FPSO contractor or Offshore/Onshore EPC contractor. - Minimum 1 FPSO / FLNG/ Offshore EPCI Project experience as a Structural Designer. - Well Versed with Structure Design Tool such as AutoCAD, AVEVA / E3D/ PDMS. - ITI/ Draftsmanship/ Diploma in engineering (preferably Civil) or Equivalent. - Ability to work with and to communicate effectively with co-workers and manage multiple priorities. - Good in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.,
