Lead Solutions Architect- AI

As an Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the AI development team to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions. Your expertise in Python, Pinecone, Chroma DB, Fast API, RAG, Gen AI, Lang chain, Lang graph, MY SQL, hugging face, PyTorch, and scikit-learn will be essential in achieving this goal. Your responsibilities will include conducting research to identify the best AI models for integration into our company ecosystem, developing proofs of concept to validate AI-driven capabilities, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members in both AI and software development domains. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with the overall product vision and business strategy will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of AI and engineering talent to create a high-performance team that meets organizational goals. You will define the AI architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring seamless integration into cloud-based platforms and existing systems. Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI feature development, including ideation, design, prototyping, deployment, and performance tuning, will be under your purview. Establishing MLOps practices for continuous training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of AI models will be another critical task. Moreover, you will be expected to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices, and internal security standards.
