Lead Security Enterprise Architect

Role Overview: You will join the dentsu Security Architecture and Engineering team with a focus on maintaining and enhancing security across dentsu. Your role will involve supporting security and business delivery teams in building robust, secure solutions across various technologies. You will collaborate with these teams to foster a culture that not only meets business requirements but also proactively identifies, analyzes, and manages security risks. As a part of the Security Architecture and Engineering team, you will contribute to the business's maturity by creating, adopting, and reusing standards or patterns. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the incoming workflow to the team - Ensure designs balance risk and business benefit for growth - Document designs and support solution and platform deliveries - Champion a Secure by design mindset and encourage reuse of standardized solutions - Collaborate with other security departments for smooth delivery - Collect performance metrics on the Architecture team for reporting - Assist in building Security Standards and Policies to address evolving security and business risks - Continuously review the design and effectiveness of security controls and promote continuous improvement - Provide Subject Matter Expertise for key project deliveries, problem resolution, and risk management - Educate, mentor, and support Architecture Security team members - Support the growth of security and architecture maturity through partnerships on dentsu key deliverables Qualifications Required: - Ability to build and cultivate relationships with business and technical stakeholders to advance security goals - Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze problems from multiple perspectives and deliver consensus-based outcomes - Demonstrable range of security skills and experience including Secure Design and Coding, IAM, Network Security, Security Operations, governance, and risk - Experience in Cloud or DevOps practices - Experience in application development or engineering - CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification or experience Additional Company Details: By joining dentsu, you will not only become a part of a great company but also one that achieves its social objectives. dentsu has been recognized as one of the top 30 employers for working families by workingfamilies.org.uk, emphasizing flexible work and benefits.
