Lead - Ruby on Rails Developer

Role Overview: As a software development engineer, you will be responsible for engineering, design, coding, review, and unit testing to deliver high-quality financial products. Collaborate with backend and frontend teams, infrastructure teams, product managers, customers, and other teams to create an optimized finance platform. Additionally, debug and handle complex technical design discussions across various stakeholders and implement industry best practices. Focus on ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered to meet customer expectations. Have the opportunity to work on complex, large features that may span across multiple teams and be delivered in multiple release cycles. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and direction may change rapidly in response to customer requirements and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Work on engineering, design, coding, review, and unit testing to deliver high-quality financial products - Collaborate with backend and frontend teams, infrastructure teams, product managers, customers, and other teams to create an optimized finance platform - Debug and handle complex technical design discussions across various stakeholders and implement industry best practices - Focus on ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered to meet customer expectations - Work on complex, large features that may span across multiple teams and be delivered in multiple release cycles Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development - Excellent design and programming skills, with a primary focus on enterprise applications using Ruby on Rails for at least 8+ years - Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially AWS cloud, is advantageous - Working knowledge of Angular.js or Node.js is a plus - Full understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in a complex, larger enterprise or cloud solution is required for this role,
