Lead - Ruby on Rails Developer

As a software development engineer, you will work on engineering, design, coding, review, and unit testing to deliver high-quality financial products. You will collaborate with backend and frontend teams, infrastructure teams, product managers, customers, and other teams to create an optimized finance platform. Additionally, you will debug and handle complex technical design discussions across various stakeholders and implement industry best practices. Your focus will be on ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered to meet customer expectations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, large features that may span across multiple teams and be delivered in multiple release cycles. It is essential to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and direction may change rapidly in response to customer requirements and market trends. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development. You should possess excellent design and programming skills, with a primary focus on enterprise applications using Ruby on Rails for at least 8+ years. Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially AWS cloud, would be advantageous. Working knowledge of Angular.js or Node.js is a plus. A full understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in a complex, larger enterprise or cloud solution is required for this role.,
