Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive individual to manage customer relationships, generate leads, support sales activities, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through multiple platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order processing and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/database.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple customer interactions.

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
