Lead Python developer / Design Architect

Role Overview: As a Lead Python Developer & Design Architect, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing architecture, leading engineering teams, and ensuring the development of highly scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems. Your expertise in Python development and system design will be instrumental in guiding the team towards coding best practices and driving technical leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end architecture, technical design, and solution blueprinting for large-scale platforms. - Define and implement scalable microservices-based architectures. - Make strategic technology decisions on frameworks, design patterns, integrations, and performance optimization. - Conduct architecture reviews, risk analysis, and ensure adherence to system design principles. - Create technical documentation, high-level design (HLD), and low-level design (LLD). - Design, develop, and review high-quality, production-grade Python code. - Implement REST APIs, backend services, and microservices. - Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers. - Architect and deploy solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP (based on your stack can customize). - Integrate CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. - Work with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS). - Implement secure and scalable data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. - Strong expertise in Django / Flask / FastAPI (customize based on your need). - Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and distributed systems. - Strong experience in API design, system integration, and scalability. - Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Strong skills in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and optional MongoDB/Redis. - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent understanding of design patterns, system design principles, and clean coding standards.
