Lead - Product Engineer

The company is looking for a Lead Product Engineer to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Full Stack Developer, you will need to have expertise in React.js and Node.js. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on performance, security, and user experience. You will be responsible for developing responsive web applications using React.js with Redux/Context API and Hooks. Additionally, you will build backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js. It is essential to integrate UI components with frameworks like Material UI or Tailwind CSS to ensure an excellent user experience. You should also have experience in managing databases with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance tuning. Collaboration with designers, product managers, and other developers in an Agile environment is crucial. You will be conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging applications. Maintaining version control using Git platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket is also part of the role. Testing APIs and documentation using tools like Postman or Swagger is required. Basic security best practices, including JWT, OAuth, and OWASP standards, should be implemented. In terms of skills, you must have proficiency in React.js, Redux/Context API, Hooks, and component-based architecture for the frontend. For the backend, expertise in Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices is necessary. Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database management is also required. Additional skills include proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, JSON, Git, API testing tools, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
