Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secureweb applications using the MERN stack.

Frontend Development

• Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces usingReact.js/Next.js, with a focus on performance and usability.

Backend Development

• Build and maintain efficient APIs and server-side logic usingNode.js and Express.js.

Database Management

• Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas andqueries.

Containerization

• Set up, manage, and deploy applications using Docker forcontainerization.

Mobile Development Support

• Collaborate with the mobile development team toprovide React Native insights and integrate APIs for mobile applications.

Code Quality

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to bestpractices in coding and security.

Testing

• Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability andperformance of applications.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QAengineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.

Problem Solving

• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in production anddevelopment environments.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack and Prefered React Native.
• Proficient in JavaScript, ES6+, and modern web and mobile developmentframeworks.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and state management tools likeRedux.
• Experience working with databases, especially MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Must have experience with unit testing using React T esting Library.
• Knowledge of Docker, building native features, and basic DevOps principles is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Fastify, TypeScript, or Next.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
