Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, focusing on both back-end and front-end development.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application functionality.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards across the development lifecycle.
Develop and implement applications that are highly scalable and fault-tolerant.
Utilize AWS services for cloud-based application deployments and management.
Use Docker for containerization and orchestration of applications.
Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React JS.
Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for efficient database interactions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continually improve development processes and product quality.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
9+ years of experience in Java application development.
Strong expertise with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and containerization using Docker.
Proven track record of building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
Proficiency in front-end technologies, especially React JS.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities to lead and support development teams.
