Lead Java Developer - Backend (Engineering Manager)

NTT DATA is looking for a Lead Java Developer - Backend (Engineering Manager) to join the team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience and possess expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Rest API, and AWS services like DynamoDB, UKS, SQS, and Lambda. Key Responsibilities: - Good to have knowledge and working experience with high volume systems. - Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Rest API, and AWS services. - Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance. - Expert in problem debugging skills and well-versed with functional design patterns. - Collaborate with stakeholders including QA, Product Owner, Engineering Manager, and peer teams. - Support existing services and products that are live. - Self-motivated and proactive in participation. - Conduct peer reviews and provide assistance to junior team members. - Maintain code quality and create functional/technical improvements in new or existing services. Desired Skills: - Experience with eCommerce domain is an added advantage. - Knowledge of Jenkins and caching technologies. - Ability to design, implement, and integrate solutions effectively.
