Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET Microservices, Solution Architecture, React-based frontend development, and AI-assisted software development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing scalable enterprise applications, leading development teams, and delivering high-quality solutions using modern development practices. Experience in application migration projects is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing .NET Microservices applications.
- Build responsive and modern frontend solutions using React.
- Define and implement end-to-end solution architecture.
- Integrate APIs, third-party platforms, and cloud-based services.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery timelines.
- Lead development teams and provide technical guidance to engineers.
- Drive coding standards, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure application performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Support migration and modernization initiatives where applicable.
