Job Description

You are an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience, specializing in Guidewire Forms, and you are being sought to join a dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Guidewire Forms, analyzing existing forms and workflows to propose enhancements, coordinating with technical teams to translate requirements into specifications, participating in form development and testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and serving as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure project alignment. Your expertise in Guidewire Forms, particularly in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter modules, and your solid understanding of Forms architecture, templates, mapping, and formatting in Guidewire will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, your experience working with P&C Insurance, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be valuable assets. While not mandatory, having Guidewire certification(s), familiarity with integration platforms like DocuSign or SmartCOMM, and experience with data mapping or reporting tools would be considered advantageous. The ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and the willingness to work the 2 PM - 11 PM IST shift are essential requirements for this position.
