You will be responsible for creating test estimates and schedules, identifying business processes, conducting risk analysis, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Your focus will be on producing test results, defect reports, test logs, and evidence-based reports, along with publishing RCA reports and preventive measures. It will be crucial to actively engage in test design, development, and execution processes, including participating in reviews, walkthroughs, demos, and obtaining stakeholder sign-offs. Additionally, you will prepare test summary reports for modules/features and manage requirements by analyzing, prioritizing, identifying gaps, and creating workflow diagrams based on requirements/user stories. Your role will also include project management tasks, such as participating in test management, identifying business processes, conducting risk analysis, ensuring test coverage, estimating, preparing estimates and schedules, identifying dependencies, and contributing to knowledge management by consuming, contributing, and reviewing best practices, lessons learned, and retrospective insights. Proficiency in test planning, test case/script creation, test execution, test and defect management, and conducting root cause and trend analysis of defects are essential skills for this role. You should be able to identify test scenarios, end-to-end business critical scenarios, create/review test scenarios, prepare requirement traceability matrices, and track/report progress effectively. Your skillset should include the ability to create and manage test plans, prepare schedules based on estimates, identify test scenarios, analyze requirements/user stories, prioritize testing, carry out RCA, and capture/report metrics. In-depth knowledge of estimation techniques, testing standards, identifying the scope of testing, RCA techniques, test design techniques, and test methodologies is required. Proficiency in Katalon is mandatory, and familiarity with Selenium is considered a nice-to-have skill for this role.,
