Job Description

You will be responsible for creating Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP EBP My purchasing and tracking them through a multi-level approval process. It will be crucial to follow up with approvers daily to ensure timely approvals of the created POs. Additionally, you will be required to validate invoices and receipt them for submitted POs. Managing POs and corresponding invoices data in a tracker and updating it daily will be an essential part of your role. You will also be involved in creating POs and receipting invoices for software renewals. Reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) to forward for authorized signatures and maintaining a tracker for them will also be within your responsibilities. Your proficiency in updating monthly summaries on all trackers to present in monthly and quarterly meetings will be vital. Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Excel, and Basic Macros will be required to excel in this role. Key Skills: SAP, Advanced Excel, Excel Macros,
