Job Description

You are a skilled and experienced Guidewire Portal Business Analyst (BA) dedicated to implementing and optimizing Guidewire Digital Portals (Customer, Agent, and Vendor Portals). Your role is crucial in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring that the Guidewire portals align with business needs and objectives. You will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to guarantee a seamless integration and optimal performance of the Guidewire portals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to document business requirements for Guidewire Portals, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, developing functional specifications, supporting the design and implementation of portal solutions, assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT), and working on continuous improvement of the portals to enhance processes and user experience. Your mandatory skills should include in-depth knowledge of Guidewire Portal, strong experience with Guidewire Policy Center and its integration with Guidewire Portals, proven ability in gathering and analyzing business requirements, strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams, and experience bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Preferred skills would include additional knowledge or experience with Guidewire Billing Center and Guidewire ClaimCenter, familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, expertise in business process modeling and mapping, experience with UAT and test case creation, and understanding of the insurance domain and related workflows. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Your proficiency in Guidewire, Portal, and Business Analysis will be key to your success in this position.,
