Job Description

You are a Guidewire Policy Center Business Analyst (BA) with 5 to 8 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, particularly within the Guidewire Insurance Suite, including Guidewire PolicyCenter. Your primary responsibility involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions that leverage Guidewire technologies to enhance business value. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting business analysis and gathering requirements related to Guidewire Policy Center for P&C insurance. - Demonstrating expertise in P&C insurance operational areas like New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing. - Developing proficiency in ISO rule manuals to define Product and Rating configurations based on ISO standards for Personal and Commercial Lines. - Engaging with various stakeholders through workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure successful implementation of Guidewire solutions. - Evaluating technology solutions to align with business goals and drive their implementation collaboratively with technical teams. - Contributing to the delivery of Guidewire solutions following Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodologies for successful project delivery. You should possess: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C Insurance domain focusing on Guidewire Policy Center. - In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry with experience in Personal and Commercial Lines. - Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center and familiarity with Agile SCRUM and SAFe methodologies. - Strong communication skills to create clear documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to design and evaluate technology solutions from a business value perspective. - Capability to manage client relationships effectively to ensure collaborative project delivery. You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Any certifications related to the Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) would be advantageous.,
