As an experienced HR leader, you will be responsible for building and leading high-performing HR functions at both established companies and innovative startups. Your proven track record in managing all aspects of the HR lifecycle will be crucial in this role. You will also need to have experience working with cross-border entities and a deep understanding of Indian labor laws related to employment, compensation & benefits, and retirement plans. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all aspects of the HR lifecycle - Manage key metrics for HR functions and reporting - Ensure compliance with labor laws throughout the HR lifecycle - Work collaboratively with other business verticals such as operations, finance, and internal/external comms - Develop and implement an employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent - Foster a positive and inclusive work culture for employee engagement and high performance Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of HR & People leadership experience - Ability to build, own & manage the entire employer brand - Strong educational background - Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations - Ability to manage external partners - Proven experience in leading large functional teams As an ideal candidate, you should have a pleasant and approachable personality, along with the ability to effectively communicate with global leadership and advise them on strategies related to the GCC region. Your experience in developing compliance strategies and managing employer branding will be key to your success in this role.
