As a Lead - Go/Java with 5-8 years of experience, your role will involve owning the technical direction and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will guide and mentor team members while designing, coding, debugging, unit testing, and documenting large, complex software applications.
