Lead Engineer - Embedded Platform Development

Collaboration with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers will be essential in designing system-level software solutions and gathering information on performance requirements and interfaces. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, along with relevant experience in Software Engineering. Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python is required. Your responsibilities will include executing technical tasks independently, demonstrating strong technical expertise, leading development efforts for security software, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of deliverables. Adherence to defined methodologies, processes, and procedures for software development activities is crucial, along with the ability to triage, debug, and resolve software issues effectively. You are expected to work on multiple assignments, adapt to changing priorities, and stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements. A solid understanding of embedded software development, programming languages, operating system concepts, and RTOS fundamentals is necessary. Experience in areas such as Linux device driver development, product security for embedded devices, and knowledge of security-related skill sets will be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with processor architectures like ARMv8/9 or RISC-V processors and experience with code versioning tools, build tools, and debuggers will be beneficial.
