Role Overview You are being sought after for the role of Lead/Staff Full Stack Engineer at Zenoti to design, build, and evolve critical platform components at enterprise scale. This role is hands-on, focusing on technical excellence and architectural leadership without people management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop complex, scalable architectural solutions for critical platform modules. - Write production-grade code for high-scale systems handling 2x4x annual growth. - Lead architectural reviews and drive technical design decisions across the full stack. - Optimize performance through analysis, profiling, and system improvements. - Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions. - Modernize existing systems by identifying and implementing architectural improvements. - Design future-state architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and implementation strategies. Experience Required Experience & Skills - 7+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft stack application development. - Proven expertise in building complex, large-scale web applications in production. - Demonstrated technical leadership through expertise and hands-on contribution. Technical Expertise Advanced: - .NET/C#, SQL Server (performance tuning, optimization), HTML/JavaScript/CSS/jQuery. Strong: - Angular/React, distributed systems, microservices architecture. Cloud: - AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway) or Azure (App Service, SQL Database, Functions, Service Bus). API Design: - RESTful services, GraphQL. DevOps: - CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment automation. AI-Powered Development Expertise (Critical Requirement) Essential Familiarity (MediumAdvanced Level) You should have hands-on working knowledge of one or more AI development tools including Cursor IDE, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini Code Assist, or similar enterprise AI coding platforms. Practical Experience Across Development Lifecycle - Feature Development: Using AI tools for accelerated coding and business logic implementation. - Code Enhancement: AI-assisted refactoring, optimization, and modernization. - Debugging: AI-supported root cause analysis and troubleshooting. - Performance Analysis: AI tools for bottleneck identification and optimization. - Quality Improvement: AI-driven code analysis and testing strategies. Technical AI Integration (Preferred) - Understanding AI tool capabilities and limitations in development. - Basic prompt engineering for coding and architecture tasks. - Integration of AI tools into development workflows. - Knowledge sharing of AI development techniques with peers.
