Lead Developer Heat Transfer Engineer

As a Lead Developer at oorja, you will be responsible for creating a world-class product that combines physics-based modeling and machine learning in the field of heat transfer. Here's what you will be doing: - Joining the Development Team to work on cutting-edge technology, focusing on challenges in thermal management of battery packs - Developing models to incorporate various cooling strategies based on market needs - Building computational tools to enhance the portfolio - Enhancing and optimizing novel models and code lines to meet evolving business requirements - Maintaining the source code and creating technical documentation as necessary We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: - Hands-on experience in building and developing heat transfer models, including conjugate heat transfer - Exposure to modeling natural and forced convection, as well as phase change materials - Strong foundation in fluid mechanics (mass and momentum conservation) and heat transfer modes (conduction, convection, and radiation) - Sound knowledge of numerical methods - Demonstrated experience with object-oriented languages, preferably Python Required Qualifications: - Experience in developing and analyzing physics-based models - Background in C++ or Python - Familiarity with software development practices is a plus,
