Whether you are part of the Statistics, Optimization, or Machine Learning teams, you will be tasked with utilizing the vast breadth of Targets data to create algorithms that drive solutions for areas such as Marketing, Supply Chain Optimization, Network Security, and Personalization. About You: - Possess a Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. - Have 6+ years of hands-on experience in building optimization models, including linear, mixed-integer, network flow, or combinatorial. - Proficient in Python and Spark for developing and deploying optimization-based solutions. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of operations research techniques and their practical applications in solving real-world business challenges. - Capable of constructing large-scale optimization models and implementing smart heuristic solutions. - Showcase expertise in end-to-end solution delivery, preferably with a focus on production-grade implementation. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, translating technical details into business insights and vice versa. - Exhibit strong analytical thinking, adept data transformation skills, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in ambiguous situations. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams as a team player. Preferred Experience: - Familiarity with supply chain data and related business processes. - Experience working with extensive datasets. - Proficiency in deploying impactful solutions at scale for business benefits. - Background in clean code practices, version control (Git), and collaborative development environments.,
