As a Lead Data Scientist, you will take on the responsibility of leading complex data science projects, mentoring junior data scientists, and spearheading the development of innovative solutions that utilize data to meet business objectives. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to derive actionable insights and steer strategic decision-making. Experience: 8-11 Years Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - Take ownership of ML and GenAI use cases from end to end. - Design RAG pipelines and construct enterprise-scale GenAI accelerators. - Collaborate with architects and presales teams. - Ensure code modularity, testability, and governance. Required Skills: - Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, embedding techniques, and prompt engineering. - Proficiency in Classical ML techniques such as XGBoost, Random Forest, and time-series forecasting. - Knowledge of Python ML stack and FastAPI. - Strong grasp of security practices and cloud optimization.
