As a Lead Consultant specializing in Data & AI at CoffeeBeans Consulting, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-impact solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of technical leadership, client engagement, team development, and solution delivery. **Role Overview:** - Engage in hands-on engineering and architecture to build and implement AI/ML solutions. - Act as a consultant to understand and address client business problems with technical solutions. - Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performance team culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines and scalable architectures. - Advocate best practices for MLOps and data engineering workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, translating business problems into valuable solutions. - Lead by example in contributing hands-on to critical project components and setting architectural standards. - Mentor and upskill junior team members while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. **Key Requirements:** - 10-12 years of experience in the software/technology industry. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and building AI/ML solutions in production environments. - Proficiency in Python (and/or R, Scala) for data and AI workloads. - Strong familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure for deploying AI and data solutions. - Leadership abilities to mentor technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments. **Nice to Have:** - Experience with LLM fine-tuning and optimization, Databricks for scalable data and AI workloads. - Exposure to agentic AI frameworks and advanced orchestration for LLM-powered workflows. - Certifications in cloud or AI/ML specializations. - Experience in growing Data & AI teams within a consulting environment.
