About the Role: Lead College seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand through engaging and effective design solutions across digital and print media. Key Responsibilities: Develop visually compelling designs for marketing materials, social media, websites, digital ads, brochures, posters, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns. Ensure consistency of branding and visual elements across all channels. Work on layouts and production of print collateral and digital publications. Edit and enhance images, create infographics, and contribute to UI/UX improvements (where applicable). Maintain project timelines and manage multiple design requests with efficiency. Essential Criteria: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into visual concepts. Excellent time-management and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design output. Desirable: At least 3 –4 years’ experience in graphic design. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in video editing and animation. Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, WordPress, HTML/CSS basics). Enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and teamwork. About the Role: Lead College is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Academic Support Quality Assurance Officer to join our growing team. This pivotal role supports the implementation, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of academic quality assurance across our RTO operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2025 and help maintain excellence in training and assessment delivery.
