Lead Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview: As a Lead AI/ML Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in building GenAI-driven assistants to revolutionize the way professionals learn, make purchases, and receive assistance. Working closely with the CTO, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, development, and deployment of LLM-powered solutions, including custom model training on proprietary datasets, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems. This position requires a full-stack AI approach, where you will also be involved in driving infrastructure, DevOps, and observability to ensure top-notch performance, scalability, and automation across the GenAI stack. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and scaling AI-first features for real users - Leading AI engineering practices end-to-end, covering model, infrastructure, and application layers - Conducting rapid experimentation, iteration, and optimization - Collaborating cross-functionally and delivering production-grade solutions efficiently Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in LLM fine-tuning and custom model creation using proprietary data (e.g., SFT, LoRA, PEFT) - Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector stores (Pinecone, FAISS), and embeddings - Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and prompt engineering - Solid cloud experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, Bedrock, S3, IAM - Background in backend/API engineering using FastAPI or Node.js, Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and CodePipeline - Scripting skills with Python & Bash; familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n - Knowledge of observability tools such as Langfuse, LangWatch, and OpenTelemetry Additional Details: The company is focused on creating innovative solutions powered by AI technology to enhance user experiences and drive efficiency in various professional domains.
