Lead - Applications

In this role, you will be responsible for developing software systems using industry standard practices and technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Write well-designed, testable, efficient, and high-quality code using object-oriented languages - Implement engineering best practices like code refactoring, unit testing, and adherence to SOLID principles - Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs - Possess an understanding of database schemas, relational data design theory, and proficiency in PL/SQL - Create technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code Additionally, you should have: - Excellent understanding of software design patterns and programming principles - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Moreover, you will be expected to: - Perform thorough analysis and root-cause-analysis for any production issues - Provide necessary fixes and thoroughly test them to ensure no defect leakage - Adhere to project processes and ensure SLA compliance Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA - Technology skills: Programming concepts, Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, PL/SQL, REST, Web Services, Microservices, Cloud Services (AWS/Azure), DevOps Please note that adherence to project processes and ensuring SLA compliance are crucial aspects of this role.,
