As a Lead Analyst, Business Systems, you will be the subject matter expert overseeing the ERP, NetSuite, and playing a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience - Provide expert-level recommendations on NetSuite configuration, development, and integrations - Analyze system enhancements, project value, and provide recommendations on necessity and impact - Support the creation of the Financial Systems Roadmap and provide subject matter expertise on effective solutions - Collaborate with the Manager, Business Systems to construct a NetSuite architecture recommendation - Mentor other analysts, provide guidance on daily tasks, and lead projects providing enhancements within NetSuite - Ensure compliance with SOX/SOC guidelines and documentation - Assist in gathering and documenting related to SOX compliance and auditing - Perform all other duties as assigned by Business Systems Leadership Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP at a publicly traded company - Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems preferred - Proficient experience with JavaScript and SQL highly desirable - Strong communication skills - Ability to work overnights - Excellent analytical skills - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Additional Company Details: ACV focuses on the Health, Physical, Financial, Social, and Emotional Wellness of its teammates and offers industry-leading benefits and wellness programs.
