Lead-AI Stylist

As an AI Stylist, you will be responsible for testing AI tools, crafting category- and occasion-specific prompts, and evaluating AI-generated visuals for styling accuracy, aesthetic appeal, and brand consistency. You will be at the intersection of runway fashion and technology, styling the machine to create visually appealing outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and refine text/image prompts for generating hyper-relevant fashion visuals across various categories such as ethnic, western, fusion, athleisure, etc. - Actively test AI-powered tools like background generators, face swaps, AI stylists, and image-to-video tools for accuracy, style quality, and versatility. - Evaluate outputs against fashion sensibilities including color coordination, draping, occasion-appropriateness, and trend alignment. - Utilize Photoshop or similar tools to enhance AI outputs and provide feedback on areas requiring manual touch-ups. - Provide structured insights to the AI and product teams to enhance model performance and style accuracy. - Stay updated on fashion trends to introduce fresh aesthetics into AI content through moodboards and reference prompts. Qualifications Required: - Background in fashion styling, fashion design, or fashion content creation. - Proficiency in Photoshop to identify visual inconsistencies and adjust images if necessary. - Experience with generative AI tools will be advantageous. - Detail-oriented with the ability to understand what makes a look suitable for a specific context. - Strong aesthetic judgment with the capability to comprehend brand tonality, adapt style for different demographics, and visualize outputs before rendering. - Collaborative attitude to work closely with content, creative, and tech teams, with a preference for individuals who can communicate effectively in both moodboards and technical terms.,
