As a Lead AI Scientist within the Artificial Intelligence and Product Engineering organization at the Innovation Hub of the company, you will be tasked with tackling intricate business challenges using cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Cognitive Computing, Platform/Product Engineering, and Generative AI. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around harnessing NLP, CV, and Machine Learning techniques to unravel complex business problems. You will be expected to seamlessly integrate these algorithms into various product and solution offerings while also conducting research to drive advancements in the realm of generative AI. Staying abreast of the latest developments and techniques in the field will be crucial as you strive to develop new generative models or enhance existing ones. Additionally, building cognitive capabilities across multiple product and solution offerings will be a key aspect of your role. Your role will also entail conducting a systematic study of the most recent research and industry trends in Artificial Intelligence. By leveraging these insights, you will be able to craft innovative solutions to real-world business challenges. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in envisioning future challenges and providing recommendations for their resolution. Contributing to the intellectual property generation process within the organization and actively working towards patenting inventions will be integral to your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should possess a B.E/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech/MCA qualification along with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Your knowledge, competencies, and skills should span across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and NLP. Familiarity with various Generative AI models and Prompt Engineering will be advantageous. Proficiency in Python programming is essential, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Python coding. Strong NLP skills are preferred for this role.
